Health, Safety and Welfare at Work
Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, employers are obligated to provide a safe and risk-free work environment. At FIOS we can inform and advise you on your workplace rights. Implicit in the Act is the employer's liability for what constitutes a reasonable workplace load.
