A small team, decades of experience, one job: getting you what you're entitled to.
We are a team of highly trained individuals with extensive experience in the welfare, legal, and civil system. FIOS is an information and advocacy service with one clear objective: Family Information, Options and Support.
Tugann muidne eolas ar Cearta agus Teidlíochtaí i réimse Tacaíochtí Teaghlaigh agus Teidlíochtaí Leasa Shóisialaigh agus Cearta san ionad oibre. (We provide information on rights and entitlements in family supports, social welfare, and workplace rights.)

Handles all legal matters: from appeals and correspondence with departments to representation where a case needs it.
Qualify first, ask for nothing until we know we can help
A client needs to know what income and entitlements are appropriate to their circumstances. Has a case been fully investigated? Has the right department actually looked at the right facts? These are the questions we start with, before anything else.
We are not a firm of solicitors, but between us we bring considerable experience in the administrative law side of Irish social welfare: the part of the system most people never get help with, because it falls between "get a lawyer" and "fill in the form yourself."
Bíonn gach comhairliúchán faoi rún daingean. Every consultation is strictly confidential.
